  EXCHANGE POLICY: An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only if even the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer. All custom orders are non-exchangeable.
  
  RETURN POLICY: All orders are final and non-refundable, but you can exchange in the event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one week of the receipt. Any claims made afterward would not be honored.
  
  REFUND POLICY: All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.
  
  TAXES: Outfit Prices are inclusive taxes; we take no responsibility if there are any additional charges in terms of customs or duties charged by local authorities / foreign countries. The custom charges have to be borne by the customer.
  
  SIZE CHART: Our Size Chart is based on Ready to Wear Size. We take your Electronic Confirmation on Checkout to confirm & refer to our size chart before you process the order. In case you chose to provide slight changes or custom size, make sure to provide Ready to wear Measurements.
  
  LACES: Almost all our Laces are imported from China, Malaysia & Thailand, We make sure to have enough in stock but in rare cases, Laces can be changed in the suit.
  
  SHIPPING POLICY Our shipping timing for orders DELIVERY within PAKISTAN will be 2 weeks or it will be informed on the order confirmation, any delays will be informed accordingly, or if not informed it may be because of no communication (Email / Phone) working or defined and for INTERNATIONAL Customers’ delivery time will be 3-4 weeks after the payment confirmation. There can be unexpected delivery delays due to customs clearance or maybe any undefined reason. The delay can further go up to 5-6 working days or more.
  
  COLORS & PHOTOS Regardless of our best efforts to accurately depict the colors and illustrations of the products, there may be insignificant discrepancy due to image reproduction, original photography, or variation in the resolution setting of your computer & mobile screen brightness.
  
  ORDERING & TRACKING International customers can make payments through Paypal/Debit/Credit Cards. The order that you place is kept on hold for 36 hours if payment is not made successfully. If you plan to make payment after 36 hours of receiving the confirmation, please confirm with us if the products that you have ordered are still in stock.
  
  The Zarfin Akber Store takes no guarantee of the product’s availability that you had ordered if you are making the payment after the given timeframe. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range). We will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out-of-stock products.
  
  If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be canceled without any notification.
  
  The International Order is processed only after the international customer makes the payment.
  
  The customers within Pakistan can place the order, it will be dispatch after confirmation, and can make payment on delivery.
